Job Description
Responsibilities
- Schedule and co-ordinate meetings and facilities which may include travel and lodging arrangements
- Prepare meeting and take minutes
- Answer phone calls, take messages and provide routine information to clients or customers.
- Prepare itinerary for visitors
- Arrange filing system to keep record of all important documents for Travel Retail Asia Team
- Responsible for all related office administration management and ad-hoc projects as assigned
- Manage urgent local delivery
- Handle team stationery order
- Coordinate Free Goods and uniforms order with Beauty Advisors
To fulfill above responsibilities, the job holder accomplishes the following duties:
Business Development & Control
- Handle promotion materials, etc.
- Customers and BA’s mailings
Administration
- Strict reporting: customers & BAs’ profiles & business overview
- Communicate with Duty Free operations
- Filling templates requested by operators
Requirements
- Degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline
- Experience in travel retail business is a definite advantage
- Proactive, multi-tasking, well-organized and strong communication skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin)
- PC Knowledge including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
