Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Engineering discipline (Electrical / Mechanical / Manufacturing);
• Minimum 3 – 5 years solid experience in motor industry;
• proficient at universal, PMDC, and shaded-pole motor design;
• Good understanding of electrical motor theory, such as noise, vibration, dynamic balancing, and geometric tolerances. Design of experiments and ability to do statistical analysis, ability to determine root cause of failures and defects;
• Well familiar with International Standards (UL, IEC, etc.) and product development workflow;
• Good knowledge in AutoCAD and Pro E and strong analytical and failure analysis skill;
• Initiative, responsible, well organized and able to work under pressure;
• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin required;
• Station in Shenzhen
