Our client, an investment management and advisory company is seeking a candidate for the position of Temporary HR Officer for 6 months.

Requirements and Accountabilities:

• Degree holder preferably in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Minimum two years’ HR experience gained from sizable organization
• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance; knowledge of PRC Labor Law is a plus
• Assist in reviewing HR policies and procedures, on boarding and other HR forms and documentations
• Support HRIS enhancement, participate in User Acceptance Test (UAT) and assist in creating HR dashboard and metrics
• Provide professional logistics support on various Human Resources functions
• Participate in ad-hoc projects
• Act as backup for general office administration work when needed
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
