Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide office administrative support to HK Office
- Manage data entry & general clerical duties & ad hoc assignments
- Support the Regional Team in the Office to collect and collate information for report preparation
- Air tickets & Hotel reservation, and Car arrangement
- To organize and maintain file system
- Coordinate staff activities & company functions
- Assist in ad hoc assignments if required
Requirements:
- College level or Diploma or above
- At least 5 years relevant work experience
- Good coordination, communication and interpersonal skills
- High capabilities for taking personal initiative
- Excellent communication skill in both written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
- Computer-literate with excellent knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Pivot Table and PowerPoint, experience with MS project an advantage
