Our client is one of the well-known manufacturer of fire resisting doors in Hong Kong. Their products are certified by recognized association. To cope with their expansion, they are now looking for a high caliber candidate to join their family.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare tender documents
• Provide clerical supports
• Maintain filing system
• Any ad hoc task when necessary

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above, with clerical experience preferred
• Proficiency in MS office and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese, English and Mandarin
• Hardworking, detail-minded, self-motivated and responsible
• 5.5 days work week
• Immediate availability preferred
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
