Job Description
A global telecommunications company is currently looking for an experienced administrator to provide support to the sales team in Hong Kong. This career opportunity offers an excellent level of international exposure in a dynamic and fast growing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform office administration functions such as prompt telephone answering, taking messages and dealing with both calls and visitors confidently and efficiently.
- Accurately prepare contracts and payments in line with company templates.
- Liaise with the sales team on account details to ensure that all information required is collected and processed on time.
- Maintain the client, staff and sales details database.
- Provide and process billing information, invoices and expense claims.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of solid experience in office administration
- Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese is a must
- Detail-minded and effective communicator
- Self starter with drive, enthusiasm and flexibility
- Completer-Finisher with a high degree of organizational and time management skills.
- Working knowledge of relevant tasks and stages in an order life cycle would be an advantage.
- Immediately available is preferred.
