We are now seeking for a committed and self-motivated candidate with outstanding presentation and interpersonal skills to join our team in Macau. This position is mainly an Executive Assistant role with some Public Relations duties involved as well.

Job Responsibilities:

Executive Assistant

• Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Executive Director
• Manage daily schedule e.g. appointments and meetings with internal and external parties
• Prepare agenda and take minutes at business meetings
• Organise travel and hotel arrangement

Public Relations

• Assist senior management in building and maintaining a strong relationship with the government bodies, stakeholders and media
• Assist in organising and coordinating corporate events
• Assist in handling public and media enquiries in a timely manner
• Prepare press releases, speeches and corporate marketing materials

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in any discipline, preferably in Marketing or Communications
• Minimum 3 years’ working experience (Marketing or PR experience will be an advantage)
• Outstanding communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Good team player, energetic and self-motivated
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ensure confidentiality of all private information
• Willing to station in Macau
