Responsibilities

• Project based deployment and set up of Infocast application for top tier banks and financial companies
• Provide maintenance, onsite support services
• Assist internal & external stress test and software functional test set up for internal departments
• Implementation of application and patches deployment as routine
• Occasionally work on non-office hours, Sunday and public holidays
  

Requirements

• Holder of diploma or equivalent in computer science or related discipline
• Minimum 1 year experience in support field will be an advantage
• Strong knowledge in Windows server operations experience
• Support experience on Oracle, Linux (Redhat) or Unix (Solaris, AIX) is advantage
• Good command of spoken and written in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• A team player with strong sense of customer focus and good interpersonal skills
