Job Description
- Providing support to credit card and banking hotline services as well as participating in different ad hoc assignments
- Form 7 or above with minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in banking environment
- Qualified under SFO for handling Regulated Activities Types 1 & 4, passes in MPF and Insurance Intermediaries Examinations for banking hotline
- Proficient in PC operation including Chinese Word Processing
- Willing to work on 24-hours shift basis
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager, Customer Hotline.
The above post requires proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
