• Perform analysis and liaise with business stakeholders to enhance system / operation solution to address retail banking business needs
• Drive and participate in business process re-engineering or compliance initiatives in accordance with Bank’s direction
• Plan and conduct user acceptance test
• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related disciplines with minimum 5 years’ experience in business analysis / project management
• Solid knowledge in retail banking deposit products and related business processes
• Experience in SAS and other statistical analysis tools will be an advantage
• A Gratuity will be granted upon completion of the contract

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Deputy Manager, Operations.

The above post requires proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
