About the Client:

A reputable international financial services organisations is looking for a seasoned customer analytics professional to derive quality customer insights through the application of advanced quantitative tools, statistical modeling techniques, and data mining procedures.

What your responsibilities will be: 

• The role will lead a team of 4/5 to exploit opportunities through analyzing customers and channel behavior, key performance indicator reporter, and campaign development and tracking.
• Pre-campaign analysis and targeting, generating targeted customer base, performing campaign tracking and post evaluation; and campaign fulfillment
• Tracking new business index performance and product mix by channel
• Perform product propensity model to increase cross-sell and up-sell opportunities on product association.
• Perform customer segment analysis to provide customer segmentation according to customer life cycle, customer value and customer behavior.
• Produce predictive model and scorecards based on customer value.
• Create Decision Tree, Regression, Neural Network to predict the cross-sell opportunities and customer segmentation.

Who we are looking for:

• Excellent academic qualifications, a degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., statistics, business, economics, operations research)
• 8-10 years business experience using analytics to drive business/marketing results in a consumer environment.
• 3-4 years management experience.
• Extensive experience in advanced analytics such as customer segmentation and predictive modeling
• Strong business and marketing acumen; demonstrated ability to develop analytic approaches to solve critical business problems
• Proficiency in statistical software packages such as SAS, SPSS, and database management tools such as SQL
