Responsibilities:

• Monitor the progress and quality of Works at site daily; report to Project Manager on all related matters
• Assist the consultants to carry out testing and quality control measures at site
• Assist Project Manager to monitor the performance of the contractors and their site team at site
• Assist the Architect to issue Site Work Orders if necessary
• Assist the Project Manager to carry out inspections of the completed works
• Assist the Architect to prepare defect list for issuance to the contractors
• Attend site meetings; monitor the house keeping at site and the contractor's site safety measures
• Monitor the site progress for timely completion and handover of units to purchasers
• Monitor the contractor's defect rectification works and monitor the progress and quality of foundation & ELS works to meet contract specification and programme

Requirements:

• Certificate or diploma in Building construction or related disciplines
• 7 - 10 year's experience in site supervision on luxury residential construction projects
• Certificate in Safety and Health Supervisor (Construction) issued by Occupational Safety and Health Council
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently, under pressure and meet tight deadlines
