Our client is a local property developer and is presently in search of capable and outstanding candidates for the following senior position:

General Manager- Property Development

Responsibilities:

-       Be the leader with overall responsibilities of property development projects in HK from initial planning up to completion of project

-       Strategic planning of sales & marketing for all the developed properties mainly in commercial area

-        Management of a full professional team with activities including sales & marketing, design and  project management members

-         Lead the feasibility studies and budgeting for any potential investment sites

-         Keep updated with all the related regulatory changes with reference to property development in Hong Kong 

Requirements:

-        Degree holder with major in Engineering, Sales & Marketing or Real Estate.

-        Member of HKIM or HKIE is preferable

-        At least with more than 12 years working experience in property development, preferably with property developer

-        Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

-     Good leadership and management skills set and be able to work under pressure
