Job duties:

• Design and develop seasonal collection. Prepared sketches, specs, mood boards, trend directions and materials selections for product package
• Handle full set of product development process from sample development to complete products
• Design for international retail brands in women and men’s sweaters.
• Able to work with sales and other departments to achieve product execution and maintain design integrity
• Work with teammates to analysis the trends and meets clients’ needs.
• Identify the market and create complete specification for fitting.

Job Requirements

• Degree or above in Fashion Design
• 10 years or above working experience in sweater design
• Strong senses in fashion, yarns & fabric workmanship
• Knowledge of seasonal trends
• Good skills in handling CAD software, Photoshop & illustrator
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, responsible and creative
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese, Mandarin and English
• Frequency ravel to PRC is required
