Job Description
Our client is a renowned US manufacturer of office furniture and accessories, its buying office in HK is now looking for
Responsibilities:
- Report to Assistant Quality Manager of Asia
- To monitor and guide the contract factory and sub-contractor for production
- To ensure the assembly lines in China for high quality output
- Manage Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) process
- Review the quality management policy procedure for new and existing products
- Analysis the root cause of failure of the suppliers / factories/ and provide suggestion for improve quality standards
- Handle enquires / complaints regarding to quality issues
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Mechanical Engineering / Quality Management or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years quality management experience in manufacturing industry, buying office
- Solid knowledge in quality system management is a must
- Fluent in English & Mandarin
- Familiar with QA tool and management flow
- Exposure in furniture industry will be a plus
- Willing to travel
- Able to work under pressure and independently
