Responsibilities:

• Report to Group Director of Business & Revenue;
• Assist to prepare the room revenue budget and maximize the revenue & profitability of the hotel;
• Assist to determine property pricing and distribution channels;
• Ensure up-to-date pricing information are loaded into distribution channels as per the strategies of the hotel specifically for brand websites and other third parties’ websites;
• Keep abreast of the latest market trend and competitors’ movement with advice provided;
• Monitor the hotel booking engines of all major third parties’ websites with updated hotel information;
• Lead and supervise the teams of E-Commerce and Reservations with the control of the resources and cost saving;
• Other ad hoc assignments if needed.

Requirements:

• Certificate or Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or related disciplines is most preferred;
• At least 4-5 years of hotel experience in Reservations and Sales;
• Able to present ideas and large volumes of information in a clear and concise manner;
• Responsible, confident, patient and able to work under pressure;
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills;
• Good communication skill in both English and Chinese including Putonghua is added advantage.
