Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily operations of the Wine Cellar and Tasting Room
• Responsible for inventory control and management
• Responsible for administrative work
• Provide customer services and carry out stock-in and stock-out of the wines
• Manage inventory flow from incoming shipment to goods receiving in warehouse
• Co-operate with internal departments for stock movement
• Conduct regular stocktaking to ensure accurate stock
• Prepare regular and ad hoc inventory reports and analysis
• Keep the Wine Cellar and Tasting Room tidy and clean

Requirements:

• Passionate and interested in wine. Solid wine knowledge with accreditation is preferred
• Form 7 graduate or above
• 1 year relevant working experience. Fresh graduate with suitable characters will also be considered
• Capable to move heavy wine wooden case
• Carefulness, accuracy and efficiency are required
• Analytical mind, good interpersonal and communication skills, and able to work independently
• Hands-on experience in MS applications.
• Good command of English and Chinese.
• Immediate available is an advantage.
• Working Hours: 11:00am – 8:00pm (5.5 days a week)
