Responsibilities:

• Manage the end to end delivery of solutions for the client
• Provide constructive advice to clients on engagements
• Lead consultant teams (4-15 resources) to achieve key milestones and deliverables
• Budget preparation and management
• Scope change management
• Stakeholder & Relationships management
• Issues and Risk Analysis and quantification
• Project Governance & Reporting
• Mentoring and Coaching Junior Consultants

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree, preferably in Computer Science or Information Systems
• Experience in either Banking & Finance, ICT, Government or Utilities IT or Business Transformations would be advantageous
• Minimum of 5 years general IT experience and at least 6 years project management experience delivering through the whole lifecycle
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong ability to grasp and understand the key business drivers and add value to achieve the best outcome for the client
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese language
• Project Management Certification or Agile training would be highly regarded
