Responsibilities

• Supporting and assisting in performing various internal IT services (e.g., hardware/software upgrade and replacement, maintain inventory, renewal of software licenses, server account management, system backup)
• Handle corporate charity and annual events
• Provide full range of executive support and internal coordination to management
• Carry out ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned by direct superiors
• Fresh graduate would also be considered

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Management, preferable in Information Technology or related discipline
• At least 2 years relevant working experience in Office Administration, with IT experience an advantage
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Knowledge in Information Technology is an advantage
• Good problem-solving, analytical, detail-oriented skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive mindset to drive changes and achieve continuous improvement
• Applications with more experience will be considered as Senior Information Technology & Executive Officer
