Responsibilities:

• Lead a store operating team to provide efficient operation and excellent services
• Achieve the annual sales budget with assigned floor area
• Coach the assistant managers and supervisors to improve the overall supervisory skill of frontline staff
• Monitor the sales and expense, provide related in-depth analysis to optimize the profit and minimize the loss 
• Ensure customer feedback handled immediately to maintain good customer relationship
• Monitor individual department to provide standardized store presentation
• Execute the sales promotion, evaluate and improve the performance to achieve sales target

 Requirements:

• Tertiary education or above
• At least 7 years working experience in which 3 years must be in retail business with supervisory experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong leadership skill
• Able to display effective expression in individual or group situation
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in PC applications such as MS Office 
• Immediately available is highly preferred
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
