Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Marketing Manager on marketing planning and be responsible in campaign execution within given budget
  • Implementation of effective brand building and marketing programmes by proactively working on advertising, communication, media plan, PR, joint promotion, brand website, digital, social media and sales promotion etc
  • Initiate & executive customer engagement programmes to tie-in with the seasonal theme
  • Consolidate and compile marketing presentations for monthly marketing update/ ad hoc marketing campaigns/post-campaign ROI review
  • Control the marketing budget and optimize cost-effectiveness of marketing programs by closely monitoring program schedule, marketing effectiveness results and expenses
  • Liaise and work on regional projects with regional team and other countries’ marketing teams
  • Adapt global communication materials and transform into local tone and manner including tailor-made advertising, digital, brand website, PR, seasonal catalogue, consumer brochure, monthly VM Theme, POP, DM, premiums to fit for local market need
  • New opening, renovation, sale show and sales event from blue print to completion for all channels. Locate proper vendors for all productions in relation to display and fixtures.
  • Adapt regional VM guide according to local condition and ensure on time execution. Ensure world class quality of VM execution in terms of design, POSM quality and instore display.
  • Work with retail team to develop tactical plan & effective VIP loyalty campaigns to acquire, up-sell / cross-sell and retain frequent customers via Club / Membership / social media activities.

 

Requirements:

l  Bachelor Degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines

l  3-5 years Marketing and PR experience with track record in brand building

l  Knowledge and experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media, CRM, Loyalty programme, Retail Marketing, Customer Acquisition

l  Experience with international brands/ fashion brands is a plus

l  Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin

l  Proficient in using Microsoft Office MS Word, Excel and Power Point

l  Result-oriented and self-motivated, potential character on leadership

l  Positive mindset, presentable, pleasant and self-initiative
