The incumbent will be responsible for maximizing business opportunities in local market through global sales directions and strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Devise and implement strategic business development and distribution expansion plans for overall sales network including Direct Retail and Wholesale
• Formulate monthly and annual sales forecast for management to review the business strategy
• Review the dealers’ sales performance or inventory status for sales forecast and planning.
• Supervise the regional sales teams and implement and evaluate the sales plan in order to achieve sales and gross profit targets.
• Conduct tradeshows with product team to attain preset sales forecast with strategic business development plan, detailed key account and market analysis.
• Work with product team and ensure execution of disposal plan.
• Assist to develop retail objectives and strategies
• Work with product, marketing and display team on expansions / improvement areas.
• Ensure DC (Distribution Channel) strategy is fully implemented in all POS.
• Identify business and sales trend, activities of competitors and customers buying behavior
• Provide market input to product team in developing product range, pricing strategy and disposal plan.
• Monitor competitors’ activities and recommend counter actions when necessary.
• Identify training needs and develop training objectives for sales team.
• To take up any ad hoc projects as assigned by management from time to time

Requirements:

• University graduate
• Strong communication skills and business sense
• Excellent command of written and spoken English & Chinese
