Responsibilities:

‧Understand our company existing products and develop marketing/sales strategies and team
‧Build, retain and expand accounts using marketing, telephone, email and other sales techniques
‧Develop contacts and Chief-level executives (CxO) relationships in owned accounts
‧Develop an account strategy and customer contact plan for owned accounts
‧Align partner and internal resources in driving sales and positive customer relationship
‧Identify patterns/trends/issues across accounts, opportunities and partner relationships
‧Develop programmatic strategies/events based on identified patterns/trends/issues
‧Communicate effective customer engagement solution strategies or approaches
‧Prepare monthly forecasts and pipeline reports
‧Orchestrate all opportunities by: handing off opportunities to partners, contributing to or orchestrating the development of opportunity/evaluation plans
‧Opportunities to develop your own team once capability proven

Requirements:

‧Higher Dipolma/Bachelor Degree major in Marketing or Computer Science or above
‧1 year or above experience in selling software solutions
‧Strong interest in developing his/her long-term career in the IT sales industry.
‧Demonstrated ability and success of direct sales or indirect sales
‧Able to work individually / by team according to different projects
‧Willing to learn and result-oriented
‧Presentable with excellent communication skills in both English and Cantonese
‧Strong work ethic
‧Fresh graduate major in Marketing or Computer Science is also considered
*Basic salary + incentive + Bonus
