Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a trusting relationship with current and potential business partners including Transportation operators and Government departments, etc.
• Monitor the executions and maintenance of all running contracts
• Work closely with different departments internally to manage routine correspondence, daily enquiries and prepare regular business reports to business partners
• Coordinate and prepare necessary applications to Government department for new outdoor advertising format for existing concessions
• Take on ad-hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements

• University degree in business related discipline
• 3 to 5 years’ working experience in similar role and dynamic business environment, preferably advertising/media field
• Experience in contract administration and customer servicing would be advantageous
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Detailed oriented, self-motivated, fast learner, problem solver and good team player
• Good business acumen and capacity to display logical and analytical thinking to work independently
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Fluent Mandarin is an added advantage)
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Immediate available is highly preferred
