The Job:

• Plan and execute TV production strategies in PRC and HK, including project planning and strategy, marketing and distribution, etc.
• Develop and manage program distribution channels in PRC
• Work closely with strategic distributors and joint venture partners for effective marketing plans and develop brand awareness in the region
• Organize promotion and publicity activities such as press conferences, PR events both in HK and PRC
• Coordinate with program production, marketing support, Finance and other related parties to ensure smooth execution of projects

The Person:

• Degree holder with minimum 5 years relevant experience in TV industry
• Knowledge and experience of working in media with strong networking skills
• Strategic mindset with a drive to lead and a result-oriented attitude
• Able to work under pressure and committed to ensure the accomplishment of project deliverables
• Good interpersonal skills with strong ability to liaise and build network with different parties
• Fluency in Putonghua and proficiency in both English and Chinese
• Willing to travel frequently
