Job Responsibilities

• Regular shop visits, closely monitor the retail store operations and react responsively
• Handle departmental administrative duties
• To ensure the highest levels of customer service are achieved
• Ensure store is well presented with proper store image & display according to company guidelines
• Coordinate on ad hoc projects as assigned from time to time
• Track project progress and follow-up actions
• Coordinate and liaise with internal departments

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree holder in business fields
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in retail business
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese
• Hands-on experience on managing retail operation
• Analytical mind, good interpersonal and communication skills, and able to work independently
• Excellent coaching, strong in data analysis and good computer skills

* Less experience with smart character will be considered as Operations Planning Officer
