Job Description

JOB DUTIES

Manage Merchandising and Production team in Shenzhen, China
Oversee the whole merchandising process including contract negotiations, ensure shipments are on time
Participate in price negotiation and cost engineering to meet client’s goal.
Train and coach existing merchandisers and to devise an overall strategy for the team.
Solid experience in leading a team

THE REQUIREMENTS

At least 5-8 yrs solid experience in trading / Gift and premium industry
F.7 or University degree graduated with good PC skills/English/Mandarin
Mature, self-motivated and strong sense of responsibility.
Good communication and negotiation skills in English & Mandarin
Traveling required
