Job duties:

• Responsible for general sales operations and market research;
• Meet with customers and potential clients;
• Prepare documentations in related to sales process;
• Perform sales administrative duties and logistic arrangement;
• Handle daily sales operations;
• Assist in other ad-hoc duties as and when required.

Requirements:

• Tertiary education is preferred;
• Minimum 3 years' relevant working experience in property sales field and property developer is preferred;
• Good command of both written & spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin;
• Good PC skills especially in MS Office;
• Effective presentation, negotiation, planning and organizing skills;
• Independent, initiative and travel toMacauis required.
• (Candidate with less experience will be considered as Sales Officer)
