Responsibilities:

• To handle customer hotline centre for telephone enquiries and complaints
• To provide high quality customer services for internal and external customers
• To monitor and operate the customer hotline and tele-protection services provided to external customers

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• Minimum 1 year control room work experience in security industry
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Proficient in the use of computer - Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Self-motivated, responsible with good communications and interpersonal skills
• 10 hours shift duty per day and 6 days per week
