Working within the Investment team, the Investment Manager will be responsible for developing real estate investment products for sale across IP Global’s global sales network.

Role and Responsibilities

• Analyze real estate markets, identify investment opportunities at market and asset level.
• Source, negotiate real estate investment opportunities in residential and commercial sectors
• Undertake commercial and legal due diligence
• Work closely with marketing department and analysts to bring products to market
• Launch to global sales network and provide ongoing product support

Personal Qualities

Ability to:

• Identify real estate investment opportunities
• Negotiate transactions with developers and vendors
• Establish and develop internal and external client relationships
• Instruct and manage suppliers
• Be highly organized and consistently meet deadlines in a high pressure environment
• Work autonomously and as part of a team

Required

• Fluent written and spoken English
• Educated to degree level
• Minimum 3 years real estate experience
• Knowledge of Australian real estate market would be an advantage
• Willingness to travel overseas regularly

Desired

• Second language
• Experience transacting in overseas markets
• Real estate degree
• Professional qualification (e.g. MRICS, HKIS etc)
• Agency and professional experience
