Job Responsibilities:

• Assist brand teams in applying a robust set of retail analytics/assumptions during site selection/store approval process to enhance the retail sales forecasting accuracy
• Ensure the adherence to, a logical risk-based approval matrix governing the required level of pre-approval analysis and effort before opening
• Balance the need for accuracy, speed and consideration of risk all throughout the approval process
• Look for common locations targeted by brands and coordinate the group negotiations, in the view of securing better terms and locations
• Possess necessary presentation and communication skills for conducting and facilitating such meetings involving upper management and key stake-holders
• Responsible for a number of enabling reports and reviews which will aim to enhance retail business performance and key retail metrics
• Support and assist the business in timely recognition and reaction to market trends and customer behavior through timely and insightful ad-hoc analysis of business performance
• Responsible for the maintenance, evolution and data accuracy of the Retail Operations Dashboard on BI Cognos platform
• Work closely with brands and other departments to continuously improve the usefulness of the Retail Dashboard and ensure StoreDB is being maintained/updated correctly and in a timely manner 

Job Requirements:

• MBA, CFA, Degree in Economics or other relevant disciplines
• 6 – 8 years’ experience in Retail Sector is a must, with Branded Apparel industry experience is a plus
• Analytical, problem solver, attention to detail, collaborative
• Good presentation, analytical and project management skills
• Good command in both Mandarin and English
