Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales target as set by the company by formulating and executing sales strategies
  • Devise key accounts & franchises plan to achieve revenue, profitability, inventory and receivables targets.
  • Gathers and analyses data on consumers, retailers and competitors and use the analysis as inputs for monthly sales forecast and for identifying new accounts/ new business opportunities.
  • Conducts regular (weekly/monthly) sales visitation to secure orders, ensure our brand presentation according to prescribed standards, track sell through (wherever possible) and ensure appropriate inventory mix and level at trade.
  • Control trade discount & wholesale expenses to meet with company’s requirements
  • Organize seasonal trade shows, building sales or any kinds of promotional activities
  • Monitor sales performance and competitor development
  • Oversee the sales discipline between different distribution channels, control wholesale partners’ pricing & promotion, maintain and shorten the DSO
  • Tailor made customer oriented proposal with analysis to drive sell-thru and replenishment; closely work with franchises to push sell-through & topline
  • Manage new opening or renovation from blue print to launch for wholesale accounts
  • Be operational responsible for wholesale distribution – systems, logistic, staffing and training (including product, visual and service)
  • Ensure all the backend operations to be line with company’s compliance
  • Work closely with Marketing team to execute marketing and promotional strategies, visual merchandising and POP set up in a timely base in according to the company’s directions
  • Lead the product ranges selection by working closely with Merchandising team to acquire right product assortment for different channels; such as buying assortment with right quantity, confirm launch plan, pricing, on-time allocation of stock, replenishment, close out clearance at the end of season
  • Develop wholesale distribution according to product matrix – segmentation
  • Maintain target inventory turn as per target set by the company

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • At least 8 years of sales experience with proven track record, with at least 3 years supervisory / managerial experience
  • Extensive knowledge of the Hong Kong market
  • Good connection in local market
  • Good command of English and fair in Mandarin
  • Computer literacy & proficiency in excel
  • Experience with international brands a plus
