Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming call, enquiries and requests
  • Manage day-to-day process of customers’ orders
  • Handle customer general enquiries and complaints in professional way
  • Maintain good relationship with the customers
  • Input invoices and orders to our System and maintenance of the database
  • Screening emails including collection forms, membership application forms and discount card applications
  • Provide administrative support and other ad hoc task

Requirements:

  • F.5 or above with fluent English and Chinese
  • Min. 2 years relevant working experience
  • Good communication skills, self-initiative, responsible, polite, willing to work under pressure
  • With pleasant, energetic & helpful attitude
