RESPONSIBILITES:

• Responsible for managing boutique staff and daily operation 

• Maintaining, replenishing and balancing stock in-store 

• Ensure the store image constantly complies with company guidelines

• Coach the team to deliver high quality of customer service and build up strong customer relationship 

• Prepare rosters, sales and retail related reports

• Lead the team to achieve brand’s objectives and targets in terms of sales, profitability and service standard

• Establish and maintain the highest standard of store environment and customer service

• Evaluate the manpower planning and allocation of shop operation

REQUIREMENT:

• Diploma or above

• Minimum 5-year solid experience at luxury retail management and at least 2 years in the same capacity

• Good leadership with ability to coach and motivate sales team to achieve sales target

• Able to lead and drive performance and customer service

• Strong business sense, with logical thinking and analytical ability

• Mature with excellent interpersonal skills

• Good command of both written and spoken in English and Mandarin
