Job Description
RESPONSIBILITES:
Responsible for managing boutique staff and daily operation
Maintaining, replenishing and balancing stock in-store
Ensure the store image constantly complies with company guidelines
Coach the team to deliver high quality of customer service and build up strong customer relationship
Prepare rosters, sales and retail related reports
Lead the team to achieve brand’s objectives and targets in terms of sales, profitability and service standard
Establish and maintain the highest standard of store environment and customer service
Evaluate the manpower planning and allocation of shop operation
REQUIREMENT:
Diploma or above
Minimum 5-year solid experience at luxury retail management and at least 2 years in the same capacity
Good leadership with ability to coach and motivate sales team to achieve sales target
Able to lead and drive performance and customer service
Strong business sense, with logical thinking and analytical ability
Mature with excellent interpersonal skills
Good command of both written and spoken in English and Mandarin
