Requirements:

• At least 3-7 years' managerial experience in fashion retail with proven track record
• Be strong at motivating to achieve the sales target & delivering outstanding service
• Able to multi-task & work in a fast pace environment
• Collaborate with Visual Manager, Assistant Managers to integrate operational and visual objectives
• With excellent leadership, people management and staff development skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with passion in retail and fashion
• Leadership Dimensions: Demonstrate Integrity, Lead by Example, Plan and Execute Company Objectives, Communication, Coach and Develop, and Motivate
• Execute and support Company and Store Manager’s business objectives
• Actively engage the Store Manager on efforts towards store profitability and team performance and morale
• Achieve weekly, monthly and annual comp and target goals
  

Support the company vision through co-ownership and co-accountability for the overall sales, profitability, leadership and management of assigned store. Primary responsibility is to support the Store Manager’s efforts in driving Assistant Managers and Store Associates to execute their job duties by creating a fun, challenging and rewarding culture. All Co-Managers are considered Store Managers in Training.
