Responsibilities:

• Perform duties for ship crew manning and related tasks
• Provide clerical support and undertake filing duties
• Provide office administrative support and communications with manning agencies
• Monitor and maintain monthly manning accounts
• Assist in other ad-hoc assignments

Requirement:

• Form 5 graduate or above
• Good communication of spoken and written in English
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Mature, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility and willing to learn
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
• Immediate availability is preferred 
• Ship manning experience will be an advantage
