Responsibilities: 

• Handle the day-to-day operation duties, incl. full documentation, invoicing, data entry etc
• Communicate and coordinate with customers, team members and service providers via telephone or email
• Perform other ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• F.5 graduate or above
• 1-2 years relevant working experience preferable
• PC knowledge
• Fluency in spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English is essential
• Good communication skills
• Willing to work overtime
• Hardworking, responsible, self-motivated, active and independent
• Japanese speaking is a must (JLPT - Level 2 or above)
• Immediate available is an advantage
