Sales Supervisor – General Trade (Ref No. HKTDB-025-2014)

A reputable FMCG Company is looking for a high-caliber Sales Supervisor in General Trade. Reporting to the Sales Manager, the incumbent is responsible for:

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a small sales team to implement effective promotions in all retail outlets
• Deliver sales targets by effective deployment of route schedule, and resolution of execution issues
• Maintain good business relationship with retailers
• Analyze the sales data and provide recommendation to Sales Manager

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Studies or above with minimum 3 years selling experience in related FMCG and 1 year experience in General Trade
• A good leader and able to work in a fast-moving consumer goods environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication
• Tactful with good negotiation skills
• Hands-on computer Skills on MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint
