Job Responsibilities:

• Lead finance team and ensure smooth running of daily accounting functions
• Ensure timely preparation of accurate monthly management accounts and annual financial statements
• Review, establish and improve financial management measures and controls
• Review contracts and legal documents
• Assist in the coordination and preparation of annual budget
• Liaise with auditors for annual audit
• Ensure tax and statutory compliance
• Communicate efficiently with suppliers and customers and maintain proper control on accounts receivables and payables functions

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent Professional Qualifications
• At least 2 years audit experience in Big 4 firms and 5 years financial accounting experience in MNC environment
• Ability to manage people and communicate effectively with all levels of management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Meticulous, with a keen eye for details
• Ability to excel under pressure and can handle tight deadline
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
