Job Scope

• Co-ordinate the billing cycle, working with business team, vendors and back office;
• Process invoices which include liaising, follow-up and working closely with back office on a day-to-day basis;
• Control point for client invoices, ensuring all invoices are sent out correctly and timely;
• Assist in account receivable issue;
• Additional ad-hoc accounting reports/projects.

Requirements

• Cert. / Diploma holder for Accountancy or related discipline;
• Proactive and self motivated, with a positive can-do attitude;
• Good interpersonal skills and eager to learn;
• Able to work in a fast paced corporate environment;
• Intermediate level in Microsoft Excel;
• Working experience Media industry or other service industry an advantage, although not necessary;
