Job Description

Responsibilities:

Support the Finance Manager in daily operation of the Finance Department
Coordinate with Share Service Centre (SSC) in daily transactions handling and coordinate with HP teams for daily operations, invoices, payments and any other transactions
Coordinate with other departments for accounting support
Preparing excel spreadsheet for analysis
Heavily involved in the month end closing activities until completion
Responsible for accounts payable and ensure timeliness payments and avoid missing and overdue
Provide support to the Accountant on any work related to the HP
Any other ad-hoc tasks / analysis as assigned by Finance Manager

Requirements:

High Diploma or above in Accounting
With 2 years experience in retail industry and SAP knowledge is a must
Well-organized & detail-minded
Proficiency in using excel spreadsheet
Good written & spoken English & Chinese (including Mandarin)
