Responsibilities:

• Responsible for AR collection and related reporting
• Handle AP Trade payment and Supervise AP team on payment processing and issue Debit Note
• Responsible for monthly accrual and adjustment journal entries
• Prepare Daily Cash Flow reconciliation for management review
• Prepare monthly analytical financial statements and reports
• Assist in month end and year end closing, forecasting and budgeting
• Assist in preparing schedules and documentation for interim and annual audit and tax filing.
• Identify discrepancies between GL and sub ledger and liaise with the Systems team and data source owner to resolve differences
• Support on process re-engineering system enhancement on Accounting related system
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliation and aging analysis
• Perform other ad hoc financial related projects

  Requirements:

• Degree holder in finance or accounting field with ACCA or HKICPA membership or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years of relevant accounting experience with 2 years of strong audit exposure
• Proficient in MS Office and Financial System which Oracle is highly preferred
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, knowledge in Japanese is definitely an advantage
• Well organized, strong analytical skills as well as a good team player
