Responsibilities:

• Assist in AR collection and related reporting
• Handle AP Trade payment, payment processing and issue Debit Note
• Assist in monthly accrual and adjustment journal entries
• Prepare Daily Cash Flow reconciliation for management review
• Prepare monthly analytical financial statements and reports
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing, forecasting and budgeting
• Support on process re-engineering system enhancement on Accounting System
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliation and aging analysis
• Prepare other ad hoc financial related projects

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Accounting, with LCCI Intermediate or equivalent
• 3 years of relevant experience in trading company
• Proficient in MS office, previous exposure in Oracle is preferred
• Persistent, self motivated and able to work under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
