Responsibilities:

• Responsible for accounts payable, leading subordinate to verify vendor invoices, arrange TT and cheque payments, and making accounting records;
• Reconcile bank accounts and prepare journal entries;
• Handle Intercompany transactions and reconciliations;
• Maintain fixed assets register;
• Close financial books on monthly basis;
• Prepare timely and accurate financial and management reports independently;
• Control cash flow and arrange import loan for the company;
• Other ad-hoc assignments or duties as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accountancy or related discipline;
• Minimum 4 years relevant experience. Candidates with exposure in distribution business preferable;
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese & English;
• Familiar with MS office especially Excel & Word & Accounts software experience;
• Must have strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, able to work independently & meet deadlines;
• Able to work overtime & high pressure;
• Immediate availability is preferred;
• Less experience will be considered as Accounts Supervisor.
