Job Duties:

• Word Processing, Audio and Copy Typing
• Letter writing, Dealing with telephone and email enquiries
• Document Translation, Data Gathering, Misc Procurement
• Creating and Maintaining filing systems
• Arranging Meetings, Attending Meetings, Taking Minutes and Keeping Notes
• Liasing with Co-Workers in other departments and with external contacts
• Arranging both in-house and external events
• Flight and Reservations Searching and Booking
• Personal Assistance to Boss

Requirements:

• Studied Abroad over 3 years
• 3-5 years experience or above in any kind of full-time jobs, ideally Secretarial or Personal Assistance work
• Needs to travel to China and Europe occasionally
• Fluently spoken and written in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Smart, Fast, Detail Minded, Good Memory
• Willing to work overtime occasionally

 Offer:

• $16k - 26k per month
• 5-Days Work
• Mon-Fri: 9:30 - 7:00 (1.5 hours lunch)
• Sat-Sun & Public Holidays: Off
