Job Description

Job Purpose

Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions for La Perla and Elite business in HK/Macao including recruitment & selection, payroll administration, compensation & benefits, training & development, performance management and any other ad hoc projects to assistant in the achievement of business strategies and objectives.

                                    

Major Accountabilities

  • Assist in the execution and implementation of HR Policies, Process, Regulations, programs and other change initiatives.
  • Understand the business situation & perspectives, check & control headcount budget, follow recruitment plan from management
  • Hands on approach to all stages of the recruitment lifecycle: dealing with the requisition process, carrying out interviews, developing relationships and liaising with Managers and Team Leaders, scheduling of interviews, handling the rejection and offer process, prepare employment contracts and reference checks, etc.
  • Build and manage a qualified Website/head-hunter/agency list that contribute to our expanding business, build a constructive partner relationship.
  • Build network/connection with universities to support Recruitment and training needs
  • Support to Liaise with Government labour bureau, C&B agent, insurance brokers, tax consultants, legal advisors; ensure smooth implementation of local C&B policies and procedures, e.g. insurance schemes, leave policy, employment contract templates, etc.
  • Prepare employment records and management reports to facilitate C&B administration and management decisions, e.g. prepare reports on headcount, payroll, leave, working hours, personnel expenses, attendance, roster, etc.
  • Facilitate all new employees to integrate into the company and departments by providing a series of welcome procedure and on-going training support.
  • Enhancing staff competencies and development, maximizing staff potential to assist in the achievement of business strategies and goals via provision of cost-effective employee development initiatives/solutions.
  • Maintain effective communication and relationship with employee through different channel e.g. staff activities, aftercare meeting and exit interview etc.
  • Proactively provide professional HR advice and support on HR issues, policies, systems and projects. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

 

Job Requirements

 

Preferred Education & Qualifications

1. Education level: bachelor degree or above

2. Subject of Studies: Business Administration, HR Management, Psychology, etc.

 

Expected Experiences

4 – 12 years of human resources experience, Fashion and luxury retail industry background is preferred
