Provide a full spectrum of sales administration and operation support to sales team including customer support, sales order management, report generation and other sales related documents control.

Responsibilities:

• Providing all-round sales administrative support to the sales team
• Handling customer enquiry
• Compiling sales reports
• Managing BA roster, leave, expenses reimbursement and other administrative duties
• Handling ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

• 3-5 year working experience in project administration / coordination / customer service
• Fluent in both written and spoken English & Chinese
• Proficiency in computer skills, e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese word processing
• Good customers service attitude is required
• Attention to detail and independent
• Immediate available is preferred
