Responsibilities:

• Participate in recruitment activities and prepare monthly recruitment report
• Assist in filing and HR system data input
• Conduct vetting and reference check on candidates
• Liaise with Labour Department and ERB Associations
• Other ad-hoc project

Requirements:

• F.5 or above.  Certificate in Human Resources or related discipline
• 1 year or above HR administration experience
• Well-organized, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office - Word, Excel, PPT and Chinese word processing
