• Diploma or above with minimum 1-2 years related experience
• Responsible to contact customer directly for audit arrangement, assist customers in booking schedules for all audits and acquire the most desirable scheduling date
• Responsible to prepare and file arrangement letter/ fax to customers prior to audits
• Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook and Chinese Input
• Good Command in Chinese, English and Putonghua
• Detail oriented, team player and able to work under pressure
• Immediate available is preferred
