Job Description

Job responsibilities:

  • Provide all-rounded administrative support to the team, including travel arrangement and procurement of office supplies
  • Trace shipment status of products
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects, such as organizing charity events or office removal

Requirements:

  • F. 7 / non-degree tertiary or above
  • Minimum 5 years office administration experience
  • Organized, detail-oriented, mature, responsible and with thorough follow-up skills
  • Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
  • Familiar with MS Office application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Chinese Word Processing
  • Immediately available is preferred
